Meet Rusty Wright

I started Waldron in 2010. Since then, I’ve photographed people getting married, people building businesses, places with a story, and a fair number of things I wouldn’t have thought to expect.
The assignments vary. What keeps me interested is fairly consistent: people, light, a sense of place, and the details that make something feel like itself.
Of Pines and Valentines gives the brand and commercial side of that work a home of its own. I’m based in the Kansas City area and happy to travel when the assignment calls for it.
You’ll work directly with me. When a project needs additional people, I can bring in independent collaborators suited to the work.
